'Will be 5 star, when it's refurbished! Currently very tired but about to be renovated. Beds (mostly) comfortable, fans in all rooms, a/c good but no hot water in the kitchen! Local managers, Basanti and Lochan, always available, helpful and delightful. Excellent location right by fabulous beach with a choice of shacks with sunbeds. Overall a lovely holiday.'

'Great location, perfect apartment for short or long stay. Restaurants and supermarket a shot walk. Well stocked kitchen, clean bathroom and bedroom, spring mattress (needs a bit of maintenance though). Pool access is great too. And the best part Gavin is a great host - always ready to help and recommends things to do, places to eat!'

'Nice place to stay, reasonably walking distance from benaulim beach. Would have been an excellent place to stay, had there been in house restaurant. Being studio apartments, kitchen is available but restaurant is not. You might have to ask hotel staff for things quite few times, upon request it would be available. Proactive approach of service could be expected at this stay value though. Otherwise clean, nit and tidy, well maintained property. Over-all good stay. '
