'We had a fantastic stay! The hotel staff were very kind, helpfull and respectfull. We had an issue with a small leak in our bathroom and the woman at the reception was so helpfull right away. The only thing we didn’t like so much (but that’s really it!) was the expensive food, drinks and spa. There are small shops around the corner of the hotel.'

'The good: - great staff (Leth especially, but in general great staff) - good to decent transportation around the resort (free within the resort) - beautiful location - varied and tasteful breakfast - clean private beach Room for improvement: - based on earlier videos, as well as my long vacation here, it seems that the outdoor playgrount has been closed (under maintenance) for more than four months. '

'The garden is very nice. Staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. Pity that the rooms are not well maintained and a bit worn. Warm water was very limited. All in all I had a pleasant stay, but relatively expensive when I take in to account the condition of the rooms.'

'Don't stay at this hotel if you only plan to stay overnight and can't arrive early to check-in and leave early the next morning like what we did. Despite our rather short stay, we were able to celebrate my dad's birthday in a memorable way. We even got a complimentary cake! My parents loved their room and so did my brother and cousin. Our room was spacious enough for our curious one year old and our 10 year old son. Wide variety of choices in their breakfast buffet and they even packed...

'Very friendly staff who were very helpful in terms of dietary requirements (vegetarian, gluten free). Restaurants do serve a limited menu for vegetarians, but the staff is extremely helpful esp during breakfast. Location is so-so, ci. 15-20minutes from centre of Gyeongju and its parcs. Close for expo and such. Very clean rooms, good size (junior suite). '
