'Ms. BECKY is an excellent leader for the young staff and for the past 4 years a friendly face. The head of the housekeeping staff(don't know this wonderful woman's name) was a POWER HOUSE. She stayed by herself to make sure all of the laundry was complete and all the "little" items were taken care. She stayed until almost to 1am and we met her again(with a HUGE smile and warm greeting ) on the elevator the next morning at 710 am. Very dedicated and a genuine JOY! I honestly would love to...
