"We lovend our stay in this luxury hotel, great swimming pools, diner options, location is great (middle of the Medina and safe/quite at the same time) . We are a family and booked 2 rooms next to each other. What a great surprise to have communicating rooms connected by a terrace with view on the fantastic patio. Only minus: breakfast (which is good!) is the same every morning. No variation. "

"The only downside of this amazing riad was the loud live music in the evening. This however stopped at 11pm, so no worries about getting your sleep! The staff was superfriendly and the room was big, clean and beautiful."

"pfffff...horrible. Very noisy, we checked in late around 9.30 pm and we were welcomed with loud karaoke music. The price does not match the room. the room was very simple. I guess you pay for the location. We stayed 2 nights. We didnot sleep very well in this hotel. I had to use earplugs.They start to drag heavy furniture very early every morning. I think already around 6 am and maybe even earlier. You can hear the dragging noise very well. The doors are probably handmade and not very well made. You could see there was space between the door and we even thought the door was open. So, the doors are not soundproof. Dear management, please use carpet. This will improve the sound of dragging of furniture (use Ikea furniture protectors, these are very cheap) and music. Because of tiles floors everywhere in the hotel it will make every little noise sound worse. positive: very friendly and helpful staff "
