Riads in Essaouira

'We hadden een geweldig verblijf in deze riad. We werden met een karretje voor onze bagage opgehaald bij onze parkeerplaats omdat je in de medina niet met de auto erbij kan. Alhoewel het een klein stukje lopen is is dit een heel fijne service. Eenmaal aangekomen in de riad werden we warm ontvangen door de receptioniste. 'The hotel itself was very neat and clean and the staff was really nice. However I don't think this is a four star hotel as there weren't facilities which a four star room should have like a refrigerator and a electric water cooker. Also the breakfast was the same every day, it would have been nice if there were some variations. Lastly I wouldn't recommend coming to this hotel by car because parking is a bit hustle. 'Al Manara is truly a beautiful well maintained Riad combined with some design touches that we appreciated and admired. Very clean , great location, lovely people and the breakfast is amazing. We stayed in a room which I believe was the smallest in this Riad as all sold out due to festival but it was functional. I gave it four as we liked to have an air condition and TV in the room. The riad has a TV in the common area only and no room ACs. Overall highly recommended'
