Ladera Resort was even better than we imagined. Our suite was incredible-the best view & amenities. The entire resort staff was extremely kind and helpful (special shout outs to Vianney, Felix & Ariella). Highly recommend booking a meal package because all the food is incredible. We were so happy to stay active utilizing the outdoor gym, fitness center & hiking trails with incredible views. Highly recommend Ladera for your honeymoon or any special occasion!

The hotel is right by the beach. The restaurants have good quality food. I was especially impressed with the buffet. Diversity, quality, cooking station. Great great food! Breakfast was amazing, fresh juices every morning! I wish the room was more clean. I felt that they needed to clean better the sheets and towels or maybe order new sets of sheets and towels once in a while. That's my only complaint. The staff is very helpful and good customer service. I enjoyed it!

Heel fijne plek, veel verschillende zwembaden, genoeg ligbedden, veel keuzes in eten en drinken. Personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Genoeg keuze in de restaurants mbt allergieën (gluten en dairy). Veel mogelijkheden in trips, hiken, boattrip, snorkeling, ziplining etc. Het eten is erg goed. Heel divers en vers! De restaurants zijn niet groot en geven ook niet het massale gevoel van een all inclusive. Bediening is heel erg vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader!!

I travel once per month to an all inclusive. This is hands down the worst one ever. They “upgraded” my room to a room with no view. Said garden but the trees were grown up to the balcony so you couldn’t see anything. Horrid. Tiny pools compared to others. No activity around the pools. Usually there is entertainment. Music. Something. Expensive if you elect to buy or do anything at the resort. $400 massage. $70 for sunscreen. 10 restaurants but only 2 open at a time and only at 6pm. Mini bar broken. 2 out of 10 overall.

My room was clean .. housekeeping was ok.. not extremely helpful. The staff some were nice others were not as pleasant. The lights in my room and my daughter's room kept going out..when I asked maintenance they said it was motion sensor, however we were moving.. It went out as I was ironing (very dangerous) and as I was taking a shower even when I was about to walk out. I complained again and nothing was done only we are so sorry. Went to a restaurant for dinner and the chair handle was already broken.. I hurt my wrist. They just moved the chair to the side, how will the next person know its broken. My mom is elderly and has a difficult time with the stairs.. there is no elevators and its alot of walking or waiting for a pick up. It is a beautiful property and need maintenance in some places nothing is around there if you want to go off resort. The drinks are terrible and the food is bland but I just didn't enjoy the staff it was a hit or miss they often were very defensive and then said sorry. The SPA however was wonderful that is the only reason I would ever go back.Kristle at the front was extremely helpful. It was a total of 30 family members and some of us gotten sick not sure if it was food but they were in the bathroom for 3 days of our 6night stay. NO I cannot recommend or return. Too many All Inclusive options to go back. It was one thing after another.if you go The buffet is better. Sports Bar is good as well. It is kid friendly, Service just could be better.

Veel dichter op het strand dan hier kan je niet wonen: de weg oversteken en je bent er. Veel mooier en stiller dan de andere stranden die we hebben gezien op Aruba. Enig minpuntje: prijzen voor eten en drinken op strand zijn aan de dure kant.
