'We verbleven vier nachten in een kamer met zeezicht in het preferred club gedeelte. Helaas deed de lift naar de 3?3e verdieping het niet en er was geen andere kamer beschikbaar. Helaas waren de trappen niet van leuningen voorzien, niet echt veilig. Positief: heel groot hotel, maar het voelde niet massaal aan. 'The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay. The restaurant food was excellent - we had breakfast included and also ate one lunch and 2 dinners during our 5 night stay. '

'Ohne Zweifel, eines der besten Hotels in denen wir je waren! Es ist alles wie auf den Bildern und der Strand fantastisch. Wir hatten eine Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern die super eingerichtet war. Die Küche war fast besser als zu Hause. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hat uns sogar einen late Checkout ohne Mehrkosten erlaubt.
