'Lovely location close to restaurants and bars. Easy walk to metro station.Apartment very clean and modern. Very small apartment and probably not big enough for 5 people and suitcases etc. luckily we really only slept there as there was no space for anything else. Very fast communication on the platform with easy instructions. '

'We stayed for a week in Paris and the apt was great. It was clean, close to the Metro , good local restaurants and a shopping mall. The apt was more spacious than I imagined and a nice cozy balcony looking to the park. Our greeter Everaldo was super helpful and friendly. It had an elevator which was very convenient when carrying luggage at check in and check out. Definitely would stay here again when visiting Paris.'

'Perfect location to visit son who is studying at CIUP. Very very comfortable bed. Really really enjoyed our experience there. The only thing we could have used were hangers. Otherwise would absolutely recommend especially for parents visiting their students! '

'Staying in a pristine newly renovated apartment in Paris was the dream my family was hoping for. Great restaurants nearby, convenient to the metro, and so bright inside the apartment. We would most definitely stay here again for our next trip to Paris. We all loved it!'

'Appartement en rez de chaussée, contre une épicerie ouverte toute la nuit. Absolument pas insonorisé, ni phoniquement ni thermiquement: impossible de dormir sur le canapé à cause du bruit de la rue, et dans la chambre à cause de la chaleur. Propreté discutable, et bien plus abîmé que sur les photos,notamment dans la salle de bains. Cuisine correctement équipée. Restaurant péruvien à deux maisons de là très bien. Métro à 500 m. '

' Our family of 7 had a wonderful stay at the Family Duplex. More than enough space for our family. The location was just perfect and we enjoyed exploring the local community. Pierre and Sophie were fantastic hosts. Would highly recommend. '
