« Très joli appartement, confortable, très propre et très agréable. Emplacement optimum dans le Marais, en plein centre mais calme. »

« Logement fonctionnel et bien situé dans un environnement particulièrement calme. Hôte disponible. »

« I was very happy to find the air conditioning worked very well, as I was there during a heatwave. The kitchen was nice to have. The shower was moldy and the button to flush the toilet was finicky. The main room was very dark. There was construction on the building happening, so there was noise during the day, but it was quiet at night. The location is great! »

« On as passé une tres agréable week-end dans cette superbe appartement ! »

« Tout simplement parfait! Emplacement, qualité de l'appartement, propreté. Réserver sans hésitations. »

« Accommodation to be avoided at all costs. The entrance is in a dreadful state, and as the flat is on the ground floor, you’re forced to keep the double curtains drawn. Everything is either broken, non-functional, chipped, cracked, scratched, or in a sorry state. The bathroom has numerous mould stains and the bed is far from comfortable. Furthermore, although we had booked for a couple, the sofa bed in the living room was set up as a bed (impossible to convert back to a sofa), so we had no choice...

« This is a nice place to stay. The location is excellent. Picking up the keys from the nearby hotel is a mild hassle but works fine. The apartment is slightly dated but I think the location makes up for it. »

« The location is great . Rue des canettes is very lively but the apartment is very quiet. We would return for sure. »

« This was a great place for my family to stay during our week in Paris. Great location that is central but not touristy. Joelle and Livio were fabulous hosts. Very flexible and communicative during our whole stay checking up on us and making sure we did t need anything. Great week in a beautiful city. »

« It would have been nice to know that there was no elevator up to the 5th floor. But the location was excellent. I would rent the property again ang again. »
