'Everything was clean and tidy, and the beds were really comfortable. We had the main bedroom, and the large closet and bathroom were great. We had family staying in the other bedroom, and they did say that the other bedrooms had no storage other than hang up space in the closet. I relayed this to the very responsive property manage, and they thanked me for the suggestion. I would definitely stay there again!'

'When I rent a vrbo for races that I travel too, I only care about the comfort of the bed and the effectiveness of the shower. For this space, those were the two best things which was perfect for me. Additionally, for any of the issues that I may have had while staying here, Sand was immediately responsive and helpful in remedying them. I appreciated that.'

'Always a quiet neighborhood and the apartment a place to rest and relax in between sight seeing in DC. The owners were always available to answer any questions and meet any needs we had. We were provided with a safe place to park and also leave our car when we used Uber, which we highly recommend!! While there were neighbors above us, no sound ever came through into our apartment. 'We had so much fun! The location of this property could not have been better. We toured the Mall, Smithsonian museums, The Capitol, saw Helicopter one land and take off from the White House and even went to a Nats baseball game. Metro station was within a couple of blocks and made it so easy to get around! The apartment was comfortable and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect for two couples.'

'The space was perfect for my wife and I who made a last minute trip to DC for our Anniversary. The location was very clean and had everything we needed including a comfortable bed and living room, well appointed kitchen, and an amazing shower. The neighborhood was quiet and very cute. Easly walkable to great restaurants and bars, and about 1 mile from the Capitol, which made for a nice walk through the beautiful neighborhood. Communication was great and check-in was a breeze. We hope to be back!'

'Love the location of the property, and the off street parking cannot be beat! It is within walking distance of everything you want to see. Our family of 4 was very comfortable, and the property was well stocked with everything we needed. There are a few parts of the property that could use some repair or maintenance, but otherwise, it was a great stay! We would definitely stay here again!'

'The hosts were very communicative which was very helpful. The apartment is centrally located, so it was easy to walk to most of the activities we participated in. The apartment is older, so came with some oddities (e.g., uneven floors, a hint of a smell, etc.). The assigned internet was not stable, but the host provided an alternate network that we were able to connect to.'

Hotel in a nice location with some issues
"A nice hotel in a good neighborhood with small rooms. The location of the hotel is good and the breakfast and coffee is good. The lounge downstairs is nice. There is an iron lounge in the top floor for business purposes. The overall cleanness was a little bit disappointment. I found hairs on multiple locations in my room. Also the alarm went off at the middle of the night, which was the co2/smoke alarm. The staff “investigated” the alarm after 3 reminders the next day with the result nothing is wrong, because that was what the manager said. I am sorry but if an alarm as such goes of it has to do something with safety and not an opinion. No investigation was done and no apologies were made. "
