'Unfortunately, the grounds were very dirty and our room was less than clean as well. Our toilet didn't flush - we had to run out to an event shortly after check-in and there was nobody on staff when we got back to help fix the situation. 'This was a nightmare. To begin with, the check-in email was not clear and was missed because it came from a random name/address. Then there were no instructions on where to park. But the real fun began at 4:05p when I tried to check-in. They had the envelope with my information but there were no keys in it. They took forever looking for it. At 4:43p, after several "updates", they said there was a phone number I could call, but as I had an important meeting at 4:45p, that I was supposed to be in...

'The posting warns about low ceilings and insects. I'm 6'1" and did fine, just watched my head on the step. I did see one spider, but otherwise very clean and not buggy. My only other criticism is there is one small trash can in the kitchen area and not the bathroom. Very cute and very comfortable, especially for just one night. My wife complimented it multiple times during our short time there.'
