'Perfect for my event that I had for National Harbor. Quiet, Clean, accessible and so convenient that there are stores below to grab coffee, food and some light grocery shopping at Aldi. Check in process a bit confusing with the various messages from a service. I couldn't locate where to get the key, but once I did, it was smooth sailing. Check out easy.'

'A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access. The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities. The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. And one shower head did not work at all, but I'm sure it will be resolved. The living areas were clean. A true coffee table would be better to...

'Positives: I loved the location. Next to walking paths, restaurants, grocery store, athletic fields, aquatic center, and Potomac overlook. Close to DC without being in it. I felt safe in the area. Negatives: I did not like having to provide a selfie for me and IDs for relatives staying with me. This was due to no front desk personnel on site: I had to deal with issues through customer service personnel in another state. I was very disappointed when a maintenance worker walked into the apartment...

'The property was in a very walkable location of Pentagon City and was large. We walked to Pentagon City and many restaurants. The apartment was dirty, we had to wash the sheets on the main bed before we could sleep on it. The floor needed to be mopped and there were food stains on a couple of cabinets. The vacuums and mops were stored in the main bedroom closet where we had to hang our clothes. Not enough trash bags or toilet paper, we ran out.'

'David's apartment was the perfect place to stay. Walkable to 9:30 club and lots of restaurants. Very nice neighborhood- we found a lovely coffee shop in the morning. Communication was great, expectations were clear (and not too many!) This group of 4 girls also all loved the bathroom. Small but clean with a very charming shower :)'

'Great place to stay! Check in was super smooth. Host's response time was super quick. Full kitchen is great for multiple ppl staying if you want to coom. 10 min walk to the metro and a target (to grab groceries). Easy to also access Uber. About 45 min from the Dulles'
