'The staff it’s okay the food okay the beach too dirty and stinky the restaurants too full to book you need at least 3 days before and that’s not what I expected sincerely it’s much better the Barcelo from punta Cana and if I talk about the transportation from the airport they’re the worst $250 dollars for one way ride to Cancun airport not good at all way too expensive and when you ask the hotel for shuttle they’re said you need to book more then 24 hours before'

'The staff work extremely hard, especially the cleaning crew. The grounds are nice. The food is fine, not great but not horrible. There was always something for everyone. Overall I had a great experience'

'Beautiful location, ok food. Ac was not the best. Outdoor furniture was uncomfortable. Noise was a big issue, sound travel. Screaming was a constant problem at early morning hours. Pool was nice, no shade.'
