'My husband and I went here for our honeymoon- and we had an excellent time! The layout and grounds, access to the beach, and level of service were great. We loved hanging at the beach or poolside with consistent and friendly beach-side service. ' All is well until the hotel decided to host Passover for about 1500 people that were coming in and started shutting down our accommodations. We ended up with three restaurants left on our last two days because they were accommodating the group coming in. They also forgot about their regular guest and were more attentive for the ones coming in, which was very disappointing.'

'Pros: pools are nice, bartenders give good service, rooms are large and clean, easy for kids to eat whenever they want. The beach is actually very nice with cabanas for shade and good service from The bartenders. Long and difficult check in, food is not great at all, drinks never taste that good. Long waits for eating dinner bc you can’t make a reservation so be prepared to show up early and wait for very mediocre food. '

'We’ve been to 3 separate RIU locations and this was by far our least favorite. However, I think this is a case of you get what you pay for and realizing this is more of a younger demographic party resort. The rooms are very basic and outdated. The themed restaurants are only open for dinner whereas at other RIUs they are open for lunch as well. Otherwise you are stuck with the buffet, which was lacking more costly items like seafood. I really missed the piles of shrimp, mussels, crab, etc that...
