'The property is majestic, welcoming and caters to family and adults only. This property is the perfect combination fun and private at the same time. The variety of eating area's is phenomenal. The staff is friendly and ready to assist at any moment. The resort is located in the Hotel zone which is extremely safe in the day time and at night due to the high presence of police. My wife and I are planning a family trip for 2026. Will definitely recommend this resort to anyone who ask. '

'Celebrated a friends birthday ! This resort was everything, make sure you get the diamond club package that comes with butler service. It was all inclusive and adults only. Food wasn't the best but it was free ! and the drinks kept coming. The only thing I hated was how staff hounded you about tips. Any thng they did for you they had their hand out it was extremly annoying. Other than that I recommend '

"for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. "
