'bedrooms arr old, I requested a king size bed and got a double bed instead and when I said I had requested a king size I was told I had to pay extra, when I have stayed at other Rius and never had that problem.'

'The new renovations are incredible and the staff are so friendly. This is by far our favorite resort in the Cancun area.'

'Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour une seule nuit après notre vol avant de démarrer notre trip. Nous avons eu un appartement ! Canapé, table, cuisine, petite salle de bain et chambre avec 2 lits (qui ne sont pas grands) L’hôtel a une belle piscine. Nous avons mangé là le soir avec vue sur la marina, c’était bon et personnel très gentil !'

'- Rooftop has no umbrellas or anything, just a couple of sunbeds in the hot sun. - There is no possibility to freshen up for a late flight, luckily we could check out late. - Rooms, especially the bathroom, looks outdated and is in need of an upgrade. - Check-in took extremely long for no particular reason, they couldn’t find the reservation but the booking was already paid. - breakfast is very limited, and no set tables. 'Excellent stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful even with a last minute reservation. Right next to praia Caracol, a small beach where super friendly locals come to swim and standup paddle. Also right next to the Caracol Ultramar Ferry which was very convenient for us. It's front of a Starbucks and a Supermarket. Not a fancy stay but very comfortable and clean! A/C also worked well.'

'If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food or don’t eat pork I would not suggest this resort. The property, room, and staff were great. I was just really disappointed in the food. It was just okay.'

'I didn’t like that the pool was only 4ft, no intertament, the pool water was sooo hot and no space to walk at the beach at all. Also, the bar inside was always closed. The air conditioner went off for a while and the floor got so slippery almost fell.'

'The food was under construction so the dishes were not as diverse and my husband who was not accustomed to these dishes didn’t enjoy the food too much.'
