'- Rooftop has no umbrellas or anything, just a couple of sunbeds in the hot sun.
- There is no possibility to freshen up for a late flight, luckily we could check out late.
- Rooms, especially the bathroom, looks outdated and is in need of an upgrade.

'This is my second time staying at this hotel, and there were many reasons that brought me back—one of them being the beautiful beach. The facilities are always very clean, and it’s clear they put great effort into keeping everything running smoothly.
What truly stands out, though, is the staff. They are exceptional, especially Rafaella from the palapa, who always takes care of guests with a warm smile.
I absolutely love this place and will definitely return again.'

'This hotel feels like an old mall that’s been converted into a hotel, with each shop turned into a room.
The good part is that the reception staff is available 24/7. However, we had little to no hot water in the morning.
Overall, it’s a “you get what you pay for” kind of place. Most people seem to stay here just for a night. either before or after checking into their resort, or while doing excursions.
There are some spots for parking shared with shops at the front.'

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '
