'Nice hotel, at a nice location. Nice swimming pool with jaccuzi's. Easy access to the beach, shallow water. Activities. There is a Kids Club for children. Jeffrey from the front desk provided excellent service to us and Daira from the Kids Club was a very good babysitter.'

'This hotel is everything you’ll think it’ll be and more. The beach was steps away from our room, the pools were very nice and the adult pool was there if you wanted a more quieter relaxed experience away from the other kids. The food was mid but that’s what you usually expect from an all inclusive serving around 5000+ people at a time although that Italian restaurant was really good. Unfortunately the hot water did end up going in and out in our room but ended up fixing itself, the toilet got...

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'!Wir sind als Familie mit zwei Kindern (10 und 12 Jahre) angereist und hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick in der 3. Etage. Die Kinder hatten Spaß im Kids Club und waren begeistert vom Essen. Es gab praktisch alles. Die Auswahl an Speisen war fantastisch. Typisch México, Pizza, Burger, Pasta, frische Salate und Smoothies….5 verschiedene Restaurants und 3 Bars zur Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die ganze Belegschaft hat unheimlich viel für einen angenehmen...
