'Lots of food options and great staff. Upon arrival, be aware that there may be marketing opportunities presented by a third-party company within the hotel, which somewhat wasted our time. Unfortunately, I forgot the name, but it ends with 'Collection.' Otherwise, everything else was amazing, and this establishment certainly does not hold back on quality.

'Came many times to Cancun but stayed at other hotels. Guarantee to say that Hyatt Ziva is the best resort for family in Hotel Zone. Nice and friendly staffs, always smile greeting with guests. All the restaurants offer great options and tasty food, also each restaurant has their own special drink menu. Beach is right in front and back of the hotel. No big waves there, so can see some fishes swim around.

'Everything about our stay has been fantastic! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The Italian restaurant was a highlight—the linguine was, without a doubt, the most delicious I’ve ever tasted. The buffet is also a great option for a quick bite. The Asian restaurant was a bit disappointing, particularly the noodles, which were too hard to chew. That said, it’s wonderful that none of the restaurants require reservations, unlike other hotels I’ve heard about.

'Nice hotel, at a nice location. Nice swimming pool with jaccuzi's. Easy access to the beach, shallow water. Activities. There is a Kids Club for children. Jeffrey from the front desk provided excellent service to us and Daira from the Kids Club was a very good babysitter.'

"for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. "
