'Our second time staying here, and for a reason! This hotel is truly a vacation! The staff is wonderful, the dining options are great, the sushi bar is incredible, the ocean view is beautiful, and we had no trouble getting Palapas with plenty of shade with chairs on the beach; totally included for no extra charge. The drinks are yummy, loved that Corona was on draft! Again, the staff is just incredible and make the stay truly so enjoyable. Will always stay here on our trips to Cancun! '

'The hotel was very nice and clean. We decided not to do the all inclusive option, and it worked out great. The food was not that great at the hotel, but we were able to get food from near by restaurants. The city bus was a dollar and it took us straight to the restaurants about a mile away. Plus there is a convenience store right at the entrance of the hotel for food and snacks. '

The hotel is clean, well decorated and run like a well-oiled machine, from the cleaning staff to front desk staff to the beach and on-site restaurant staff. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and so helpful.
