'eck-in was smooth, the hotel was very clean, and the rooms were spacious, although I was disappointed that despite requesting a king bed months in advance, I received two queen beds.
The food was one of the best parts of the stay. The buffet had an excellent variety, especially seafood, with delicious made-to-order breakfast omelets and flavorful dinner options. The steakhouse was outstanding — excellent food, attentive service, and easily a 5/5 experience.

'Great experience and location. It’s within walking distance to the ferry for Isla Mujeres and Coco Bongo. It can get a bit noisy at times, especially if you’re a light sleeper, but I packed an eye mask and earplugs, which helped a lot.'
