'The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. The Hotel had renovations that were 5 stars. Will stay with them again'

'Mooie hotel, goede voorzieningen, heerlijk eten en drinken (en all inclusive). Kortom, de moeite waard.'

'it was just kinda hard to find but it was really close to the clubs and the walk back is super lit so it’s fine'

'Overall good experience. Pools and swim-up bars were nice. Beach area was good but surprising that you couldn’t walk very far in either direction. Not as much snorkeling at the resort as we had hoped for but we did book a boat tour with the resort that was amazing. Used the paddle board. Hibachi was the best overall. Buffet was good.'

'Top location and top staff'

'We loved this resort. The room was very functional, double sinks, comfortable bed with wonderful pillows. Turn down service nightly which I wasn't expecting. The restaurants were not your typical all-inclusive. They felt like actual restaurants. A few shout-outs. Pool service was superb - Andreas was wonderful. Jose at the Italian offered incredible service along with David for night service. The morning buffet was amazing, Marco with made to order smoothies and Disson for most attentive...

'- Rooftop has no umbrellas or anything, just a couple of sunbeds in the hot sun. - There is no possibility to freshen up for a late flight, luckily we could check out late. - Rooms, especially the bathroom, looks outdated and is in need of an upgrade. - Check-in took extremely long for no particular reason, they couldn’t find the reservation but the booking was already paid. - breakfast is very limited, and no set tables. Pro’s: - location. Close to the going out area (but quiet in the...

'Nice and calm hotel in the hotel-zone Cancun. Very nice and clean beach. Staff is very helpfull. Would defenitly reccomend it! '

'Overall was a really great stay they only downfall was the diamond package is not 24 hours and the premium liquor is only at select bars'

'Heel fijn hotel. '
