'The hotel is beautiful, with fantastic views onto the beach and ocean. Since we booked with Expedia, we were given the VIP treatment which was a surprise. A special checkin desk, Conierge service, and an incredible upgrade in our room! The staff was friendly, and constantly cleaning around the property. The food was plentiful, both in variety and quantity. Would look forward to staying here again.'

'Excelente atención, por ser gold members de expedía nos dieron ascensos en varias cosas, mejor habitación, acceso a mejor restaurante, varias reservaciones en los restaurantes a la carta etc, la verdad la atención del personal es muy buena, no solo con los extranjeros como en otros hoteles, la comida muy rica, habitaciones cómodas, nos la pasamos muy bien '

'El servicio del hotel es espectacular. El personal es super amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Estuve por el Ironman 70.3 y lo recomiendo 1000%. Se abrió una cena con opciones para los triatletas y en la madrugada tipo 4:30 am colocaron un desayuno especial para el evento. En ubicación fue excelente muy cerca de la salida y meta del evento. La vista al mar fue increíble hasta pudimos ver delfines y ballenas desde el balcón de la habitación. Totalmente recomendado. '

'We stayed at the Único hotel in Riviera Nayarit at the end of November. The experience was excellent, with standout service from our Local Host, Eduardo, and delightful dinners at the Kobo (Asian) and Italiano Lía restaurants “Love the Mixology drinks” The Rooftop Garden pool on the 11th floor offers stunning views. Overall, it’s a highly recommended getaway, especially the Escénica spa paying most of it with Resort Credits.'
