'La experiencia en BON Hotel at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta fue en general positiva, especialmente en cuanto a las habitaciones y la atención del personal. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas, muy bien equipadas y siempre se mantienen limpias; el servicio de camarista dos veces al día es un gran plus. El personal en general es muy amable y servicial, aunque en ocasiones falta claridad en la información sobre servicios e instalaciones. El complejo es muy grande, lo cual tiene ventajas y desventajas....

'Who hosted us ( Adrian ) shut out to him. Amazing human being n so was the cleaner lady. Felt like home staying there. So relaxing! Adrian was accomodating. We will see him again in the near future. But if you dont like road noises then this place inst for youd its a boulevard n what do you expect. But didnt have problems about it. I loved the noises cars n all that. You r on vacay so who cares!!'

'We were able to move to a quieter room thanks to manager Raul. Construction still going on. Room was clean. I really enjoyed the access to the gym as I am recuperating from surgery and must exercise. The breakfast service was nice and the 24 hour coffee and tea a nice perk. Carlos at front desk very helpful too.'

'Horrible me cobraron un "upgrade" por las 2 habitaciones mintiendome que era en area renovada, los cuartos viejos, la tina no servia, las luces del baño no servian, el A/C rechinaba toda la noche, lo reporté todos los dias y nunca lo arreglaron El mini bar no lo rellenaban y si les hablabas para pedirles que lo rellenaran decian que si lo habian hecho y ya no era cosa de ellos Pesima toda la experiencia '

'We really enjoyed our stay. We thought the food was pretty good. The beach and ocean are clean. This resort mostly caters to Spanish speaking guests but a handful of the staff could speak English. The beds were a bit small. We would go back!'
