'Great clean Property. Very friendly staff. My only suggestion is to improve the processing of the guest who make reservations for dinner at the Steak house. There needs to be a clear process for Elite members and non elite members. The current process causes much confusion and very long lines. '

'We had a great experience at this hotel! My favorite dinner spot was the Brazilian steakhouse absolutely amazing. On the other hand, I wasn’t a fan of Frida, the Mexican restaurant, as it didn’t feel authentic at all. We’ve never been comfortable leaving our daughter at a daycare, but the kids club here completely changed that. Fernanda was wonderful so kind and caring with our daughter, who loved spending time there. This gave my husband and me some much-needed alone time. Overall, it was a...
