'First of all, check-in. The very first day that we arrive Mexico. As the shuttle supposed to come and pick us up to take us to the resort which is booked with Expedia and paid 160$ already , I was gone at the proper spot with the grey line to ask them to take us to the resort that person check everything and ask us that we supposed to go to a different resort as when I initially booked Expedia give this option to change vacation or fully refund till march 12 and so I change my booking with...

'This hotel was a great place to stay for the price we paid. While they seemed a bit short-staffed and some services were limited, everything overall was good and met our needs. The stay was comfortable, and we felt it was a good value. We would consider staying here again.'

'We were able to move to a quieter room thanks to manager Raul. Construction still going on. Room was clean. I really enjoyed the access to the gym as I am recuperating from surgery and must exercise. The breakfast service was nice and the 24 hour coffee and tea a nice perk. 'Who hosted us ( Adrian ) shut out to him. Amazing human being n so was the cleaner lady. Felt like home staying there. So relaxing! Adrian was accomodating. We will see him again in the near future. But if you dont like road noises then this place inst for youd its a boulevard n what do you expect. But didnt have problems about it. I loved the noises cars n all that. You r on vacay so who cares!!'

'Underground parking available. Very nice rooftop pool with adjacent bar I didn’t see mentioned in reviews. Great for families. Huge sandy, smooth, well-groomed beach. Very gradual and shallow slope, no weeds or rocks. Room was clean, staff very friendly. Food selection could be improved somewhat, but was still good. Great hamburger snack area right on the beach. Not crazy about the plastic reusable cups for drinks. Very quiet at night. True that lots of the patrons were Mexicans…not a...
