'The rooms are very clean. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. One person that was absolutely amazing and made our trip even better was Pedro behind the swim up bar. He was always so welcoming and friendly. His knowledge of different drinks and helping you try new drinks was next level! He is the exact person you would want serving your guest and make sure they are having a great time. My fiancé and me had a wonderful time here and will be coming back!'

'Our group had 12 people total, and from the moment we arrived, Omar at reception made it very clear that if there were any issues at all, we should message them right away so they could fix them. This was extremely helpful because the resort app isn’t the best, so being able to communicate through WhatsApp made everything much easier. They truly meant it too — whenever something wasn’t quite right, staff handled it immediately. We absolutely loved the Mayan events! We attended the sunset energy...

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'A nice small-scale resort with an excellent view. The place could do with some maintenance (paint coming off the walls and mould here and there). Also disappointing there is no restaurant (although there is an external restaurant onsite that serves decent breakfast). We spent the first night of our Yucatan trip here, which was nice enough, but wouldn't recommend it for long-term stay.'

'Got raped on the beach by 2 men while 4 attacked my boyfriend, told staff and concerige. Nothing was done, nobody cared. Completely unsafe hotel'

'We had to move after 2 nights b/c they were doing construction outside our door. The 1st night in the 2nd place a woman let herself into our room with the key, saying she booked it through airbnb. She’s been given the wrong info. 2 days later we couldn’t use the balcony b/c they were power washing right above it. Our stovetop has electrocuted me multiple times even though I was very careful after the 1st time. Our 5th night the microwave lit on fire. 2 security guys came to to try to find out...

'Fantastic stay. We had 3 kids 7 and under with us and it was a perfect resort for all of us. Loved the food service to the pools. The rooms had tons of space. Would love to come back!'
