'Beach front from any floor . Everything was absolutely amazing. Food was awesome. Activities were fun . Never a dull moment. I could do without the big tub on the balcony taking up 1/2 of the balcony space. Never used it as ur neighbor could lean over and look at you . '

'A nice small-scale resort with an excellent view. The place could do with some maintenance (paint coming off the walls and mould here and there). Also disappointing there is no restaurant (although there is an external restaurant onsite that serves decent breakfast). We spent the first night of our Yucatan trip here, which was nice enough, but wouldn't recommend it for long-term stay.'

'Stayed for 12 days. Check in process was seamless. Shout out to Felix. The buffet was very similar every day, The theme nights at the buffet were good. Buffet servers were great. Shout out to Jess! Pool side service was great. Shout out Charlie and Francisco! Rooms are spacious, bed was hard. Rooms are cleaned every 2 days and there’s no towel art. Main pool only has one ladder to enter or exit the pool. '

'Very large, spacious rooms with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Easily accessible from the airport, making it ideal for a stopover while traveling through Mexico. For longer stays, there are perhaps better options nearby with access to beach facilities.'

'Great personnel, comfortable beds and of course: the Caribbean Sea! All in all, we had a great experience! The only constructive feedback I can give is to pay more attention to people with food allergies.'

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'We had to move after 2 nights b/c they were doing construction outside our door. The 1st night in the 2nd place a woman let herself into our room with the key, saying she booked it through airbnb. She’s been given the wrong info. 2 days later we couldn’t use the balcony b/c they were power washing right above it. Our stovetop has electrocuted me multiple times even though I was very careful after the 1st time. Our 5th night the microwave lit on fire. 2 security guys came to to try to find out...

'No bottled water in the hotel. AC stopped working overnight.'

'Food was amazing, facilitates were beautiful and well kept but we were most impressed with the service. My husband was sick and the staff went out of their way to help even as far as going across town to pick him up a prescription. We will be recommending to other people. '
