'First time in Weston, great hotel and location to explore, fab breakfast'

'I was given a lovely warm welcome after a long journey to get there and felt at home as soon as arriving. The room was perfect, nice and quiet as requested and breakfast the next day was really nice and set me up for the day. Thanks so much i look forward to returning to you soon'

'Sam was extremely cordial and accommodated for our early check-in. The property is both close to city centre and the train station and only 10 minutes walk from the pier.'

'For: Genuine and friendly welcome. Room small but had everything needed - including a small fridge which is unusual and very welcome. Was clean and well stocked and serviced daily. A few minutes walk to the beach at the end of the road. Breakfast was superb and freshly cooked to order. They also do evening meals on request though we didn’t try these. Against: We were in room 1 on the ground floor - facing the road. The number of noisy boy racers and unsilenced motorbikes were a pain...

'Très bon emplacement à moins de 10 minutes à pied des restaurants et du stade. Par contre, impossible de se doucher - ce qui est très gênant pendant 3 jours et 2 nuits : l'eau était bouillante (même en position froide !!! Appartement petit quand même mais le gros problème a été la douche !!!'

'It was good apart from the squeaking neighbouring door from around 6am that was with someone in and out A LOT! And loud shutting. Oil the doors. '

'Kamer was redelijk van afmeting en het bed was goed. Wel een betere kamer dan de standaard geboekt. Lobby en restaurant waren nogal gedateerde ingericht. De kamer lag aan het terras waar zich ook het enige en kleine raam bevond. Dus voor de ventilatie moest het wel open blijven. Gelukkig geen andere gasten `s avonds op het terras, want dan zou je geen oog dicht doen vanwege hun gepraat. Het hotel ligt aan een doorgaande weg, dus oordoppen mee!'

'Very clean, well-kept accomodation. Friendly people. Very good location close to the castle, city centre, bus stop, railway station. Beautifully located near a canal. Negative, the window did not close. No breakfast. Light from hallway shines through cracks in door. No one around during day time, one has to walk to the "mother house" to have contact with a person.'

'Take care about what type of room you book! They don't make this clear on their website, but... We booked two rooms for quite some money and when we arrived it turned out that we had to share a bathroom with the whole floor! by the way, this bathroom had a carpet?! Very nasty if many people use the shower in one morning... Rooms are small and windows can not open. which makes the place smell like grandmothers attic...'

'To my surprise was the only guest during my stay. The hosts were kind and considerate. The room is small but tidy and in well maintained condition. Separate shower which is a bit basic but sufficient, the bathroom is en suite though. There is also a drawing room which you share with a lodger, a bit old fashioned but still nice. Breakfast gives you a choice between continental and full English breakfast in a very nice room. '

'Overall the property was in a great location.Flat was everything that you needed. Pity however that it was missing just a few little touches. A small bottle of milk would not have gone amiss. No salt and pepper. The TV remote control needs to be replaced. Control buttons not working . Could not get any BBC channels on free view . All small problems . The entry instructions were great and very clear. '
