'The house is very well located close to the beach. The owner is friendly and easy in communication. A small issue with the washing machine was promptly fixed with help. The downside of the property, especially in fall, is the shaded garden because of the trees. The house was damp and even moldy in the upstairs bedroom. Besides the area is known for a lot of mosquito's with the nearby lake.'

'Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen und haben das Haus in vollsten Zügen genossen. Das Haus hat viel Platz, ist top ausgestattet und hat ein tollen großen Garten und Pool, den die Kinder kaum verlassen wollten. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber im nächsten Ort Bon-Aire ist man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten und in weniger als 10 Minuten Autofahrt in Alcudia. Die persönliche vor Ort Betreuung durch Frau Dahl war sensationell, nichts war zu viel, sie war stets erreichbar und hat uns immer gerne und sehr schnell...

'Woning en tuin waren ok en zoals beschreven. Maar... pas op! Antonio woonde de twee maanden dat wij er zaten met zijn vader, die af en toe 's nachts aan het roepen en hoesten was, op de begane grond. Het huis is nogal gehorig en daar hadden zowel Antonio als wij last van.'

'Wij verbleven deze zomer 11 nachten in dit mooie huis.Het is een huis waar je gelijk thuis voelt.Het was een hete periode en we waren blij met de airco in het huis beneden en boven.De stad Pollenca is oud,sfeervol en prachtig.Binnen 5 minuten liep je in het mooie centrum.Een minpunt was het parkeren.Daarvoor moesten wij 10 minuten lopen.In de zijstraatjes konden wij geen plek vinden.Een volgende keer zouden we dit huis graag weer boeken:)'

'This is our second time staying at this beautiful property and we are thrilled once again. The location is ideal – both the old towns of Alcúdia and Pollença are within easy reach. 'The house was perfect, very clean, enough space and nice livingroom with interactive TV possible, although we were mainly outside. We had a great time, very beautiful surroundings . Swinningpool was also very nice, (although bit chilly still in April...) and we enjoyed the orchard with oranges and lemons . It was above expectations! Only some short problem with the Wifi connection (mainly for the children :-) ) but it was fixed quickly. A lot of thanks for the hosts ! Regards fam Wanningen'

"Heerlijk ontbijt met verse jus en warme croissantjes. Diner en lunch elke dag wat anders en kwaliteit zeer voldoende. Ook glutenvrije opties. Vriendelijk personeel! Fijn zwembad, het leek verwarmd maar dit kwam door de zon. All inclusive is ook zeker de moeite waard. Rustig gelegen locatie. Let wel op dat het druk is met kinderen dus als je rust wilt is dit niet het juiste hotel. Enige min puntje dat ik heb, dat is de schoonmaak. Die was slecht of ik ben verwend met andere hotels waar ze elke dag je bed opmaakte en de vloer schoonmaakte. "
