'Nice area, easy access to lots of places to visit. A lot of bedrooms, great for a group. There are a few upgrades needed but nothing that affected our stay. Would rent here again. Yo let us check in early since we had an early flight. That helped us a lot. '

'Great place for a group of 7, especially with kids & have the bunk beds. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions. It was alittle warm in the upstairs bedrooms even with the 2 portable AC units but we managed. A short walk to the free DC trolley which was used daily with our group. If you have a bigger vehicle, the parking spot in the back is tricky to get into so once you’re parked, I’d leave it and walk to the free trolley. 'Great location, very cozy and comfortable little spot near the USNA. Excellent communication, very clean, and easy check in process. The road is a bit noisy at night so plan for white noise options. The owner provides ear plugs for super light sleepers- but we slept fine with white noise on our iPhones. Great access to Uber/Lyft so if you can avoid bringing a vehicle - it makes life easier. We would definitely stay here again! '

'I will definitely hope to stay here again when plans bring me back to the area. The place is well-located, impeccably clean, and had everything I needed. There are a few things to know; there are steps to get to the unit, so it’s not ADA friendly. If you are a group of two or more, be aware there is only enough hot water for one shower; you’ll have to negotiate timing with your fellow travelers. Also, you have no control over the thermostat; I would have preferred to choose my own comfort level....
