This historic home was built in 1908 and has been fully renovated & perfectly equipped for your stay.

Located in the heart of downtown Annapolis, 10 Randall is conveniently located, granting instant access to the Main Gate of The US Naval Academy, the Annapolis Harbor, local restaurants and bars, boat cruises, and a variety of specialty shops ~ Making this location ideal for wedding parties, Navy parents and Alumni, sailors, and weekend travelers.

For those seeking a break from the hustle and bustle, the private courtyard provides the perfect setting for intimate dining or catching up on a good book.

Professionally cleaned and beautifully maintained, this home sleeps eight (8) comfortably in two queen beds, one convertible full bed, and one sectional/sleeper (queen) in the living room.

Parking is provided for one vehicle (up to a mid-sized SUV). If your vehicle is larger or additional cars need to park, it may be possible to provide parking at an additional cost. Please contact me if you have any questions.

We booked this for taking our child to USNA for I-day. It's literally right across the street from gate 1, which made going on and off the yard super quick and easy. Easy walk to downtown as well. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed a fantastic weekend at John’s home. The location could not have been better. It is centrally located to restaurants, shops, the Naval Academy and St John’s College. The house was absolutely perfect for our USNA Reunion. About 10 steps to Gate 1 and just a few more to the heart of downtown made it a weekend we will remember. The host was responsive and accommodated our requests and was very kind. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot!

We loved our stay here! The location is unbeatable and having access to parking was very convenient. The house itself was quaint with character and very clean! My husband and I stayed with our 4 young children and had ample space. The beds were all comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with the host was great! Cute, cozy, quaint house w/charm.*SPECTACULAR LOCATION* just steps from City Dock, Shopping & Dining

This cozy home was perfect for my coaches & I that were in town for a lacrosse tourney @ the Naval Academy. This home is literally less than 100 steps from the gate of the Naval Base and same distance to dowtown Annapolis city docks, diming, shopping and sight-seeing. We will defintely be back!
