'De ligging van het hotel is heel deprimerend, goor steegje tussen grijse vervallen huizen. Wel goed bereikbaar want dicht bij station en shuttel luchthaven. Het confort is minimaal voor extra wordt aangerekend, zoals airco , haardroger exra hoofdkussen waren niet aanwezig. Het ontbijt is minimaal, een tweede tas koffie blijkbaar een gunst. De buurt heeft zwaar te lijden onder de 'overheersing' van autochtonen, tot tegen de ochtend maken zij de straatjes onveilig met hun straatracesen hun luide...

'Positive: literally 5’ walk to entrance of Carcassonne! Car parking was very good and save. Breakfast was in the main hotel across the street with a stunning view of the city as background. Nice breakfast served at the table, plenty of choice. Nice garden to sit and relax good sized pool area. EXTREMELY nice personnel at reception and breakfast area! 'Es war ein herrlicher Aufenthalt in diesem Gästeschloss. Wir waren sdie einzigen Gäste im Oktober und wir könnten uns mit unseren Hunden frei bewegen. Der Charme vom Schloss wurde von der Besitzerin liebevoll und mit liebe zum Detail unterstützend eingerichtet. Sie erzählte viel über die Geschichte des Schlosses. Einfach ein traumhafter Aufenthalt. Kommen gerne wieder. '

'Un excellent moment passé au sein de cette magnifique chambre d'hôte. Nathalie et son mari sont au petit soin, à la recherche du détail qui compte. La maison est grande et spacieuse, la chambre magnifique avec un lit très confortable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la quiétude du lieu... Le soir nous avons eu le plaisir de nous joindre à la table d'hôte concoctée maison avec une grande majorité de produits bio... Vraiment je ne peux que conseiller le Grenier Occitan pour une pause serène...

'Iris and BJ were wonderful hosts. In advance of our visit we communicated about our diet (vegan family) and they were able to provide us a nice breakfast every morning. We visited the area during warm weather and the swimming pool ended up being a refreshing part of our stay during the late afternoon hours.'

'The owner was very accommodating. This is an old property. The rooms are large. There is an art gallery attached to the building and concerts can be held here. We were there in off season. I suspect the town and hotel could be busy in the summerGreat town. Friendly people.'

'The accommodation was a fully furnished flat in a new block. It was well-equipped and very comfortable. The flats were not serviced but this was not a problem as we only stayed for 3 nights. The building seems to be a 'Seniors' block of flats with a few flats used as holiday lets but don't let that put you off as it is very comfortable and affordable and is just a short 5 to 10 minute slightly uphill walk to the walled town.'
