'We've spent alot of years at alot of all-inclusive resorts and the food here was definitely the best. The buffet was average, but all the themed restaurants were excellent. The night time shows were pretty good, but they always had something going on, day and night. The staff was incredible and everything was clean. We will definitely go back. '

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'We enjoyed our stay at hotel Nílu. The room was clean and had a frig and coffee maker. The front desk employees were great and helped us with Uber and suggestions for activities in the neighborhood. '
