'- Rooftop has no umbrellas or anything, just a couple of sunbeds in the hot sun.
- There is no possibility to freshen up for a late flight, luckily we could check out late.

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'We stayed 9 nights at this hotel. I will start off with the rooms first. They are very old and in need of major updates. Rust in the bathrooms, peeling and cracking all over walls, beds are uncomfortable and make noise with smallest movement. Walls are not sound proof at all. We could very clearly hear the conversation the people were having in the next room. Even them unzipping their luggage. They were painting on the floor we were on and the smell was strong.
Room service did do a great job...

'Wir haben ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss direkt neben einer 24/7 Apotheke bekommen. Das Zimmer war sauber, Einrichtung auch gut, aber kein Fenster und extrem feucht. Es hat auch dementsprechend gerochen, wir haben nur 2 Nächte da verbracht aber unsere Kleidung war danach muffig. Die Apotheke spielt den ganzen Tag Musik, es ging um 7 Uhr in der Früh los… 2 Sterne für die Lage und für die Sauberkeit. Das Personal spricht kaum Englisch. Wir können den Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen. '
