'The location is great… information regarding renovations in close proximity would have been nice to know. No a/c when asked about fans or portable a/c units it was stated they would provide and did not respond or stop in. No communication they were not coming. Temperatures in the mid 30’s, There was garbage left in the bathroom. The refrigerator was not clean. Stains on the futon and some of the linens. Over all cleanliness not the best. 'We chose this property because of its excellent location, within walking distance of restaurants and shops, as well as the advertised air conditioning and two bathrooms. The apartment was nicely decorated, check-in was easy, and communication with the host was good. However, the air conditioning is only in the living room, so the bedroom stayed quite warm despite the portable fans. We also encountered cockroaches during our stay, which we reported to the host. The listing photos are misleading: what is shown as a bed is a sofa that you pull out and make up yourself on arrival and whenever you want to sit on the sofa. On arrival, that sofa — the only bed — was dirty, covered in dust, debris, and hair. I reported it the same day, with photos.
