'It a great location but the apartment was not at all comfortable. We visited in July and Paris was warm. The bedroom/bathroom is in the basement with no windows or ventilation, only a dehumidifier. The stairs are really just a ladder making it awkward to get luggage down. The ground floor is fine, but with 1 operable window, there was no cross ventilation. You could leave the door open, but those at the gym across the courtyard would watch you sitting in the sofa. And without screens, all the...
