'Heel net en modern huis met veel ruimte. Modern verbouwd met een heerlijke hottub met eigen doucheruimte. Alle kamers hebben een eigen bad of douche wat ook erg prettig is. Het warme water is niet echt warm in sommige douches en er bleven een paar toiletten "lopen" waardoor er een constant water of afvoer geluid te horen was. 'Nathalie has done a wonderful job refurbishing this property. Her styling of the home was tasteful and beautiful. The home itself sits high on a hill, and hence there are stairs to climb. However every step is worth it for the beautiful views across the rooftops to the ocean. The outdoor space is private, shady and comfortable. I encourage anyone wanting to rent a property in Nice to look at Nathlie's place. The photos do not do it justice.'

'This was a great property , location was excellent, the views from the house were breathtaking, very near to shops and the flower market , a short walk to the bus terminus , where you can travel to Monaco and beyond . The house is very well equipped and large enough that you are not on top of each other , we had a wonderful stay and would love to stay again'

'Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und bietet alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Von der großen Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick über die ganze Stadt. Wir hatten hohe Außentemperaturen, jedoch konnten wir dank der Klimaanlage im Obergeschoss bei angenehmen Temperaturen sehr gut schlafen. Zu Fuß und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind Strand und Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar, so dass man das Auto getrost stehen lassen kann.
