'Mooi hotel met strakke design, kleinschalig, fijne keuken met keuze uit 4 à la carte restaurants en een sushi/lounge bar. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en stelt alles in het werk om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Zelfs een "basic" suite biedt je een massa aan ruimte en alle mogelijke faciliteiten. 'We had the best time! Service-Excellent Pool-Excellent Food-Excellent Beach-Okay. Water was pretty, but not accessible due to the amount of the rocks. Plus, large amount of the Sargasm blooms on the beach, but that’s not their fault. We would definitely return to Hilton Playa Del Carmen.'

The Italian restaurant was getting ready to open on the last day of our stay. I expected more from a resort of its caliber. We were made aware that we would have a concierge for our entire stay.
