'The hotel was great. The room was clean, the staff was friendly & helpful, pools were the absolute best part of the trip!! Food was not as good as I expected from a Rosewood and I just wish it had a swim-able beach. Spa was awesome, kids club/nannies were just the very best and the speak-easy was AMAZING! Highly recommend!'

'There was an issue where a portion of our jacuzzi tub(which we did not use), fell off into our shower. The portion of tile was collected by maintenance but never fixed. Due to the tub being broken in the shower area. We were no longer able to use the main shower in our room. Secondly there were large bugs located in our bathroom as well that were able to get in around the plumbing pipes located on exterior walls. We informed the concierge desk.
