'A little eclectic reflecting the owner's Hollywood past. Quiet. Great WiFi. My only suggestion is to bring a plug-in smoke detector. Didn't see one. (No gas hookups so no carbon monoxide issues). Location, Location, Location! Wonderful host !'

'If you are looking for a great getaway spot close to LA, but you want to feel like you are nowhere close to the city, this is the spot for you. The home was beautiful and private. My fiancee and I spent a night after our engagement at this property and it was everything I was looking for and more. The Topoanga town is great to explore as well. Samantha was responsive, very accommodating to my needs, and had a great attitude throughout the whole process. I would come back!'

'We were in town from Iowa with our 5 kids for my father-in-law’s funeral in Pico. Our kids loved the pool and picking fresh oranges from the trees near the condo. Ron was such a gem with any and all of our questions and spoiled our kids with drinks and treats. The cottage was fully furnished with everything needed for our stay. The cleanliness of this place was top notch. We were welcome to relaxing music as we walked in the door which was much needed after spending 26 hours in the car with...

'This place is as advertised!!!! Cozy nohouse had everything needed for an inexpensive stay in Burbank close to everything we wanted to see. Would definitely book again without hesitation. The host was upfront about everything and it went so well we never had to contact them. Great place. Thanks for the stay.'

'We had a great time at this place--it was as described. Lots of light coming into the living room/dining room area--central to our get-togethers. We enjoyed the backyard with the hot tub and pool. I walked down to the beach or explored the beautiful neighborhood every day. We would definitely stay here again.'

'The apartment itself is clean if u drive and not to plan to walk around then it is good place. However instruction wasn’t great. My check-in time was 4:pm but i got message extra ly at 4 pm and saying that tell them 30 min before the arrival…… And no fork and spoon……………………. Other than that good place to stay'

'I really liked my stay. The location is great on the well known Venice Beach Boardwalk, the beach is literally 5 steps away. On the rooftop you can chill as well with a great view. Rooms are nice as well, beautiful bathroom and good bed to sleep in when you are not out in Venice and/or Santa Monica.'
