« Great communication from a kind host and easy check in process! The studio is definitely cozy in size but still comfortable, and has a good amount of amenities for a short stay. « Excellent unit, very convenient to Paddington station with no noise problem. Only concern is the steep, narrow staircase to access unit, which may be typical in London. Believe future users should be aware of stairs in case they have issues with climbing. Particular hazard if transporting large suitcase. Otherwise, no concerns. Mid week cleaning very nice bonus. »

« Great house, Ella who checked us in was very helpful. The host always replied when I messaged. Lots of facilities. Great to have free parking. The only downside I saw was when we used the plates, mugs and cups, quite a few were dirty, other than that we all enjoyed the house and fabulous location. Thank you. »

« Lovely apartment but couldn't get oven to turn on or microwave which was child locked. Went through folder on fridge but nothing to help with this issue. Also only had a few satellite channels and very bad signal which meant we were stuck with one music station. »
