'A few different times we have stayed here. Generally clean, well-apportioned for the price. Small breakfast. Potable water. Friendly staff. Of course we will be back if we need it. Downside no parking. Area nearby has unsafe sidewalks and grossly littered streets id you’re walking in from the airport. Not a reflection of the property, just an FYI. '

'I had a great one night stay at this hotel. They are very welcoming, very helpful and the hotel is very clean.There is a lot of noise from inside and outside of the hotel ( airplanes), but I slept through it after a very long journey to Guatemala. I felt very safe in this area and will keep this hotel on my list for a next time.'

'Very friendly staff, they did everything for you. Good advice and arranged a daytrip. Very safe, always someone there. Clean room, good breakfast. Only thing, bathroom was very small and didn't had most practical design. '

'I loved the fact that the property had a very colonial feel/sight to it. The property was within walking distance of the famous Arch, City Center, and restaurants. The area was quite safe, and guests really got a feel for what it must have felt like to live there during the Spanish invasion of Guatemala. '

'I stayed for a couple of hours over night after my flight arrived and again had to leave in the morning (4am) to catch another flight, and it was just what i needed! The host was very accommodating despite my late arrival. I made sure I communicated my times of arrival so she knew what time to expect me, etc. She provided me with arranged transportation (upon request and additional cost) so I felt extremely safe overall.
