'Courtney has set the bar to a whole new level for VRBO! Her thoughtfulness was everywhere - area recommendations, equipped kitchen, and spotless accommodations. The location features a beautiful neighborhood, great walking paths, and neighborhood playground. Courtney’s communication was spot on! We have found our “go to” when visiting family here! 'I normally stay in hotels, but for this trip I couldn't find one that worked well in this neighborhood, so I "took a chance" on Chicago Guest House. Winner! This place is on a wonderful residential block in the Wrigley Field area. The unit itself (3rd floor) is a beautifully maintained, charming, three bedroom apartment. 'The outer and inside of the property was clesn and accommodating. What I didn't like was going thru a third party and checking in wasnt comprehensive right off top. The other guest were very helpful and welcoming '

'The facility is fantastic. Really enjoyed the gym and pool. Our premium apartment was not the best. Although the corner suite offered a fantastic view the apartment was dirty and run down. Trains are very loud. Not sure that I would stay here again. For the same price you can book something in the north or downtown. '

"Location is very good, near subway, a big supermarket and restaurants. Room was all we asked for. Cleaning of the room could’ve been done more frequent- it was done once in the 5 nights we stayed. They came for the 2nd time on the day we were checking out. "

"The location made that I choose for Hotel Felix River North. Second reason was the price. It was good and functional for my stay. If I had to mention a suggestion to improve, it would be addiing one or more facilities: they offer non! no restaurant, no breakfast, no bar, no spa, no office space. OK, they have a tiny little space which looks like a bar, but nobody serves there (I tried a couple of times!), so that is more a piece of art than an actual bar. For the rest, as mentioned: OK. Public transport was nearby, just around the corner an Irish pub and some restaurants at close distance. I would use this hotel again for my next stay in Chicago."
