'The hotel is just new and has all the potential for a great stay, but currently some of the little things just make it not a 5/5. Our room wasn’t clean (there were nail clippings in the sink!) and when we mentioned it to the desk, it took 2 days for it to be actually cleaned.. in tulum you basically go everywhere by bike, but a 2 person room only gets 1 bike.. so you still end up paying. 'The hotel and our room was spotless and spacious. Really had the feeling we had arrived at a little tranquil, relaxation oasis of calm in the bustling city. The staf were always very helpful in any questions we had. 10/10 would recommend.'
