'Our group had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is great and around so many options for dining, nightlife, and overall fun in the Southside Flats. Any hiccups were promptly taken care of. There was available parking in a pay lot just across the street, the one spot registered by the host, and even a couple of free spots outside towards the end of the block (they aren’t all free, so be careful)!The entertainment options were great; we played so many rounds of pool! 'Inside of property is clean and extremely nice decor. Only real issue is the steep narrow staircases to both 2nd and 3rd floor.Outside is deceiving as it does not have curb appeal, but great location for Carson St bars. Parking was difficult due to lots of construction in the area. Overall, we had blast and would rent again!'

'Excellent communication with owner. Fast, friendly and courteous. Located about 450 meter walk up a large hill from Penn Avenue (bus 88) which is about 35 minutes to downtown. Apartment showing its age but fair value for cost. '
