« The room was great. The owner apologized for being late even though I was early. Also I had a nose bleed on my part and he made sure I was ok. I enjoyed my stay it was peaceful. All I ask is just change the shower head!!! Lol... But my stay was overall great »

« well, i’m a big believer in not punishing owners for the wrongs of other patrons because that’s not fair as it’s not their fault- so i gave them 5stars- howev, i’d also be remiss to not mention something that happened. i woke up the first morning to what sounded like quite a heated exchange in the kitchen/living room area between some other patrons who were staying here (presumably). it was pretty intense, and it ended with police being called. i got out of there after that. idk if that’s a...

« Cette endroit économique en vaut la peine. La communication avec l'hôte est très rapide. Il nous ont répondu à nos demandes. Si vous avez un budget limité, je recommande cette endroit sécuritaire et propre malgré certaines rénovations à effectuer. Je recommande fortement. Près des services, près de Penn Station (10min) en auto pour éviter toute confusion et frais (péage, stationnement chérant) à new york »

« It's mid-March, so didn't need it. Arthur was polite and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. The location was fine, there were bikes and scooters avaliable for rent to do more extensive roaming. »

« Pretty dirty. The guy was nice but the room was awful and smelled like smoke. Everything was gross, + in a dingy basement. Sorry to be harsh. I would say anyone apart from me would not be okay staying there »
