"Everything I expected. "

"Hotel was close to everything, people were friendly and central market in the hotel was very convenient for coffee in the morning. Room was cleaned everyday and beds were changed as well. Only inconvenience was the elevator as one was being repared, only one was available. But I knew that beforehand as I read the reviews online. "

"Het hotel heeft een perfecte ligging om alle kanten van New York op te gaan. Hoek om ligt Subway 42, ideaal voor alle richtingen. Ook vlakbij times square. Hotel vriendelijk personeel en schone kamers! Echt een aanrader. Wifi ook prima op de kamers! "

"Locatie echt top. Alles op loopafstand of met de metro. Kamers groot en schoon voor 4 personen. Wel jammer dat er geen koffie of thee faciliteiten op de kamer zijn. Onze telefoon deed het ook niet en moest elke dag extra handdoeken beneden bij de receptie bestellen omdat we er steeds maar 2 of 3 kregen. Dat was wel jammer want koste elke dag wel tijd. Verder wel een topweek gehad. Manhattan is echt top. "

"We stayed at this hotel for a month. The hotel is not new anymore but the cleaning staff is making sure everything stays clean. Don’t forget, a hotel at Timed Square, never had any “rest” so the accommodations are used 24/7 365. With that in mind, this hotel is very clean. A special thanks to the housekeeping lady Doris. Such a sweet and hardworking person. The people at the reception are all very sweet and helpful, especially Guillermo, Muhammed and Racquel (trainee but doing such an awesome job so far) The (elder) lady at the front desk should really think about retiring. Not friendly at all and such a bad tone. Too bad this lady ruins the entire front desk team effort. We had our breakfast in the lobby almost every morning and witnessed a lot. Especially, the expression on guests their faces. Again, the rest of the team does a great job. Location is perfect, rooms are old but clean, and the price is ok. The staff is making this hotel better than others. Next visit, definitely this same hotel. "
