'This was a great place on the lake!! We stayed for World Series with another family. The beds were super comfortable, which was huge for me:)The kids enjoyed air hockey, basketball, and the lake. So much for the kids to do, they were never bored.. that’s for sure!! I do wish the kitchen had more pans, silverware, etc but overall we had a wonderful time and made some great memories!!'

'Technicolor retreat was a great relaxing getaway. The home is lovely and the location on the river was so relaxing after a day in the Dunes or Chicago. It felt very secluded and private. We can’t wait to go back. We were able to take our golden retriever who loves all things woods and water. Wish we could have stayed longer! '

'We chose this property because of it's location between Indianapolis and Chicago, as half our group was coming from each city. The house and outdoor area met every expectation for our weekend together. Michel was incredibly responsive and asked very little of us as guests. We rarely left the house, but when we did, downtown DeMotte had a great diner (Steve's Grill) and really nice grocery store. Very likely our group will try to make this our annual meet up location.'

'The area was super quiet and pitch black at night. The tent was cute and perfect size. We however did not end up staying. It was super smokey, when I opened the stove to add wood even more smoke poured from it. Being from eastern Kentucky those are what we had and they shouldn't do that, so I'm thinking the pipe was getting clogged. If not for that it would have been super cozy.'

'Check in and check out process super easy. Cathy was once nice and responsive to any questions we had. We loved the house. Decor is adorable. It’s remote as mentioned in the listing. Little to no cell phone service. WiFi was ok. We didn’t mind at all. It was enough for us to communicate with our families at home if needed. Backyard is so cute. Lots to do. 3 of us attached a float to the dock and enjoyed some sun. It’s a fast flowing river keep that in mind if you choose to do the same. It’s a...
