« I always want to see a black owned business thrive first off. The host needs a little guidance with customer service. We got there the snow was not shoveled or even prepped for the storm no salt down or anything. Check in was 4pm which I didn’t arrive until almost 6pm. There was more than enough time for that to be done, but it wasn’t. I had to message her and ask were they going to shovel. « We enjoyed this home. It was convenient for Navy graduation and close to a train station to make it easier to get into the base. We also liked the 3 levels giving a few families their own space when need. Things for the kids to do, convenient for stores. Kitchen and bedrooms were great. The host was easy to work with. »
