'Wonderful location in the hills outside Bologna. Fantastic thermal spa pools. Nice food and great staff (reception speak english). The room was basic and definitely overpriced. 2 stars at best Euro 65 per night should be the price, in my experienced opinion. Noisy and drafty accommodation. Conversations in the corridors and stairwells echoed around the whole building. Smokers' cigarette smoke somehow drifted into my room. WiFi was non-existent. In summary, bad hotel for business travellers....

'Fantastisch verblijf, het was een zakelijke reis, dus heb verder geen omliggende faciliteiten kunnen gebruiken, was het ook nog net te vroeg voor, maar een prachtige locatie, met super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ik zou hier heel graag nog een keer terug komen. Goed ontbijt ook. '

'We stayed with friends in this house near Zocca. we liked the basement where we could have fun, and the rustic look of the house. We had a wonderful week! Please mind that the pool, and two other rooms included on the advert are not included in the accommodation. This could have been listed more clearly, but Paul was willing to meet us halfway there so that was nice.'

'Good accommodation right on the hiking trail "Via Degli Dei" - Friendly and helpful staff who made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Good beds with nice cotton sheets and hot water in the shower. Dinner and breakfast were ok, but a bit too expensive for what it was. The same with the packed lunches, which we bought extra.'

'Het was duidelijk een resort op zijn retour. Dat was ook te merken aan het aantal werklui die daar verbleven en de algemene onderhoudstoestand van het complex. Ons appartement was niet schoon en het stikte er van de muggen. Bij de eindafrekening kreeg ik discussie over de toeristenbelasting. Duidelijk gemaakt dat er in de reservering stond inclusief belastingen en toeslagen. Daarna kreeg ik discussie over de airco. Men rekende hiervoor 70 euro (7 dagen). Dit werd al vlug 35 euro. Ook dit heb ik...
