'Wonderful location in the hills outside Bologna. Fantastic thermal spa pools. Nice food and great staff (reception speak english). The room was basic and definitely overpriced. 2 stars at best Euro 65 per night should be the price, in my experienced opinion. Noisy and drafty accommodation. Conversations in the corridors and stairwells echoed around the whole building. Smokers' cigarette smoke somehow drifted into my room. WiFi was non-existent. In summary, bad hotel for business travellers....

Suggerirei un accesso piu' agevole alla Reception (telefonando, nella Reception vuota, al numero, il tel suonava a vuoto, comunque mi hanno aiutato subito dei collaboratori, una gentilissima signora), e visto che non viene fatta la colazione al mattino ma la camera è fornita di bollitore e macchina caffe', di mettere due biscotti secchi, confezionati. 'Beautifully renovated house with lovely dog walks around the area. The local restaurant (walking distance) is also excellent and you can buy gifts at their farm shop. We'd happily stay again. The breakfast staff were delightful and attentive. '

'Beautiful structure, spacious room and great evening meal. There was no airconditioning in the room but the room was relatively cool despite an outside temperature of 30 degrees. '

'Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb, es war ruhig und im allgemeinen sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation hat gut geklappt. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen im Restaurant (nur begrenzt geöffnet) und der Wein von deren Weingut waren sehr lecker!! Die Zimmer im Nebengebäude (ca. 300 m entfernt) waren ebenfalls sehr sauber, aber leider etwas gehörig. '

'Er was niet veel in de directe omgeving te zien, alles was op minimaal 30 minuten rijden op slechte en kreukelende wegdekken en de meeste bezienwaardigheden waren alleen in het weekend te zien. Het huis is tussen 2 andere huizen en buiten zitten heeft weinig privacy als de buren langskomen. Wij waren erg teleurgesteld.'
